"We had a great experience with All Hot Water LLC in Seneca,SC this week. We noticed water puddling near the water heater in the storage/mechanical room of our home in Cross Creek and contacted the company for service. The owner, Jacob, personally came out within a day, which we really appreciated. He thoroughly inspected the electric water heater and explained that while it was an older unit with signs of previous leaking and would likely need replacement in the future, it was not the source of the current issue. He quickly diagnosed that the drain in the mechanical room — where the condensate line and water heater pan drained — was clogged, preventing proper drainage. Jacob cleaned the drain while on site and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. "Highly recommend Jacob Plyer ! He took care of several issues in my home. He replaced a dishwasher that wasn’t working with a brand-new one, and it works perfectly. He also fixed a light in my bedroom that hadn’t been working, and now it’s good as new. The most important issue he fixed was my hot water heater. I had absolutely no hot water in my bathtub or shower, which for me was a major problem. Jacob was able to diagnose the issue, repair it properly, and now I have consistent, reliable hot water. Being able to shower and use the tub with hot water now is a huge relief. Jacob was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, and he took the time to make sure everything was working correctly before he left. I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.
